What it costs — and when it pays for itself
No hourly billing, no open-ended retainers, no surprise scope. Fixed prices agreed before I build, and a guarantee in writing.
The audit: $5,000, credited
Every engagement starts with the AI Systems Audit: one to two weeks, $5,000 USD fixed. I map your operation, find where time and money leak, and deliver a written roadmap of the systems that fix it — with the expected return of each one.
The roadmap is yours whether we continue or not. If we build, the $5,000 comes off the project. That's the whole risk.
Systems: $5,000–$50,000, fixed
Full systems land between $5,000 and $50,000 USD depending on scope — agreed as a fixed price before I write a line of code. The running cost afterward is API usage in your own accounts, which you see directly.
I only say yes when the system can plausibly pay for itself fast. If your problem isn't that kind of problem, I'll tell you on the first call.
Why this beats doing it yourself with ChatGPT
ChatGPT answers prompts while you type. A system connects to your phone line, your inbox and your CRM and does the work by itself — every call answered, every lead followed up, every record validated and written. The value isn't access to AI; it's engineering it into your operation so it runs without you.
And you own everything: the system runs in your accounts, on your infrastructure. No lock-in, no dependency on me.
AI Systems Audit
Not sure where to start? The audit is the low-risk way in. One to two weeks: I map your operation, find where time and money leak, and deliver a concrete roadmap of the systems that fix it.
- A written roadmap you keep — whether we continue or not
- Fixed price. No open-ended "strategy phase".
- 100% credited toward the build if we move forward
If we build, the $5,000 comes off the project. If we don't, you keep the roadmap.
Start with the auditIf you don't see the benefit, you don't pay.
We agree on the outcome before we build. If what we delivered doesn't show its benefit, you don't pay for that work. That's the whole clause.
THE GUARANTEE
FAQs
Do you bill by the hour?
No. Fixed price per project, agreed before the work starts. Hourly billing rewards slowness; fixed pricing rewards results.
What determines where a project lands in the $5,000–$50,000 range?
Scope: how many channels and systems it connects to, how much validation the operation needs, and how deep the integration goes. The audit exists precisely to give you that number in writing before you commit.
Are there ongoing costs?
The system's API usage, paid in your own accounts — typically dollars, visible to you directly. Optional maintenance or expansion is agreed separately; the system doesn't need me to keep running.
What if it doesn't deliver?
We agree on the outcome before I build. If what I delivered genuinely doesn't show its benefit, you don't pay for that work. It's the same guarantee published across this site.
